That’s where we come in. Our staff (of one) are already employed full time elsewhere, so their expenses are taken care of. We price things that are tailored to what is equitable to your specific and individual situation, not how others are priced, not how the economy is doing, you!

Here at Donut Money IT, we were in the AI bubble before you even knew what an AI bubble was. I’ve build and trained custom models for many projects over the years, specializing in visual and auditory language models.
With 27 years of software engineering and machine learning experience, we can do all the things you want to do, without the overhead cost of an enterprise subscription. We offer model training, custom model creations and educational use cases for the application of AI – you might not even need it, so ask us!
We’ll do all the heavy lifting, and even explain everything to staff and customers alike how it’s all going to work, show the benefits of on-premise AI use, job security affirmations, and to keep those water tables full around these parts.

Don’t know what you want? Tell us your ideas and we can design and implement things the way you want, with your colors and design elements. Our expert staff (of one.. is it weird that I am typing my own promotional material about myself?) will add the flair and custom features for you, tailored to your preferences and specs. For landscapers, barbers, beauticians, and other small businesses: we can host your portfolio as a well-designed popup album to grab extra attention.
We host all our projects and data in-house, which is fully encrypted and protected by multiple layers of both hardware and software based security.

Don’t want it recoverable? We also offer data destruction. If you are retiring old hardware, we can securely erase your data to government standards, ensuring your private information never falls into the wrong hands. Photos of proof of destruction are always guaranteed.

Sometimes we all just need a helping hand when both of our hands are full. Forget where the save button is? Getting an error message on your screen? Unsure if things are secure and virus free? We can help! One-time use help requests or flat-rate monitoring services are available!
All our remote desktop services are coded and built in-house. Source available publicly on the help page. We forcefully use the permission prompt for consent before viewing any clients screen, so privacy is also assured with our services.

Hello there, I’m Jeff! I run this Fortune 500 operation at almost zero profit because I generally reinvest into the business so that as my tools and equipment get better, services we provide get better as well! Sounds odd right? Everyone benefits as we grow!
This I.T. company has had many names, but it’s always been a one-man, two-cat operation. My Supervisors are Wilma and Fiona. They immediately alert me like tiny micro-managing operations supervisors that won’t let 8 minutes go by without their involvement if I leave any notifications unanswered. They’re on my phone more than I am it seems.
The one-man half of this company is an award-winning technician with 20+ years of experience, supporting everything from small businesses to major Canadian organizations. I’ve worked independently and as a team for government agencies and private companies, with previous Top Secret clearance and a perfect police VSS report by the RCMP. I’m more safe than a Blue Jay sliding into home 😉
